Resilience is the ability to adapt and bounce back from the difficult situations . it doesn't mean that you will not face emotions like stress, anxiety , anger etc . But the ability to work through those emotions and adapt to the new situations by exploring newer ways is what resilience is all about .
We all go through faces of deep sorrow , trauma or tragic events which we feel like its difficult to manage. But human mind has its own inbuilt mechanism or instincts which drive them to move forward .
Survival Instinct
The most fundamental instinct is drive to survive . If we are thrown into a river , we will try to swim , push ourselves up to escape from drowning . That natural instinct is the drive to survive . This stimulates a fight to fight response and stimulates mental and physical energy needed to face the hardships .
Social Bonding
This is yet another instinct human beings have since we all are social beings . During the time of hardships we try to connect with people whom we trust . Just the feel of not being alone may also create an energy in us to move forward.
Adaptability
By birth people are prone to have the innate ability to adapt with changing circumstances . it enables us to learn from challenges, adjust our strategies and find new ways to cope up with. With every advent situations we faced in our life , we have to accept it and find new opportunities from those challenges.
Resilience have a deep routed connection with perseverance . Its a two way process . perseverance can help in building resilience and on other hand resilience will lead to perseverance

Perseverance is the ability to stay committed to your goals despite of the hurdles and challenges. It stays with the slogan " Never Give Up" Eventhough luck and talent is also a determining factor for achieving goals , perseverance differentiate between people who succeed from people who give up .
1. Reflect on purpose
Ask the question "WHY". Why your goal is important to you. This can be the starting point to think of. Rewinding about your goal and its purpose during the journey can be a motivation to move forward .
2. Realizable Goals
While fix the goals they should be realisable . Fix smaller goals and achieving smaller goals can boost your confidence . with setting higher goals initially , they may lead to a feeling of being overwhelmed .
3. Embrace Failures
Failures are stepping stone to success. Don't feel disappointed out of failures . Even with failure you learned something new . it adds to your knowledge. so embrace it learn from it .
4. Healthy Mindset
Adopt a mindset that believes in intelligence and abilities. Continuous dedication and hardworking is also a pre requisite for success . trust in your abilities . Motivate yourself .
5. Practice Discipline
